Just to share and support the incredible Nadia Kudrjasova, my dietitian. She was monitoring my progress last summer. She helped me to keep my diet healthy and generally change my lifestyle habits. I realised that previously I was just blindly following any fad diet I came across, lost weight and then regained, and then the vicious cycle repeated itself. You helped me understand that being focused on only the weight will not bring about a permanent shift in weight. During the programme I started to appreciate that I need to focus more on the quality of my diet, eating habits, and this is the only way to get a long-lasting result. I don’t think that I’ll ever fall into the trap of a fad diet again. I still need to walk a long way, but you gave me the confidence I needed to do it myself! I highly recommend your services.
